What a joy it was to be a part of this
shoot day proposal life-changing moment! While planning the shoot, none of us knew that the “groom” was planning to propose to his real-life girlfriend aka the “bride” that day. Only Karli the planner with Ivory and Vine knew it was happening! The fact that this shoot was absolutely stunning is just the cherry on top. Find the full featured here.
“This shoot was inspired by the Garden of Eden. We wanted to create an intimate wedding scene surrounded by elements of lush floral, greenery and vibrant pops of color to bring the Garden of Eden to life. The White Sparrow Barn made an incredible backdrop, surrounding us with stunning white walls and a grand space to set the stage. The vibrant, spring color palette of deep berries, pinks, blush and creams helped to add so much color to the neutral walls of the White Sparrow…. Pink Champagne Paper created a gorgeous stationery suite, with so many fun elements. From the custom map of the White Sparrow hand-drawn on textured paper, to the wax seals and barn drawing, each stationery element helped to tie the concept of the piece together.”

We just wanted to give a huge thank you to The Slipper Club of Dallas for allowing us to be a part of such a great evening this past February! Their Annual Gala raised over $116,000+ for Rays of Light and reach more families with special children than ever before! What an evening!
The invitation suite was so much fun to design: Navy letterpress with gold foil gold invitation on Crane’s Lettra card stock, matching navy digital flat print president’s dinner invitation with double-sided response card, sponsor and waiver cards printed on transparent vellum paper with gold shimmer custom laser cut mask belly band, coordinating foil gold response envelope addressing. In addition to the invitations, we designed the programs, seating chart, signage, menus, place cards, table numbers, napkins, and photo booth signs. Thanks again Slipper Club! Getting engaged is one of the most exciting days of you life, which is why people want to celebrate of course! We were happy to hand letter the bar signage to this Havana inspired engagement party featured on 100 Layer Cake this week! We are so obsessed with this greenery palm wall by Root + Bloom and Vintage Sparkle Rentals. Chancey Charm Weddings seriously styled this party to perfection while Meggie Taylor captured it beautifully. Check out some of our favorite photos below and of course the feature here!
We seriously loved Alyssa and Connor’s wedding day style! Alyssa envisioned a Spanish tile theme throughout her wedding details, including on her wedding invitations. Umm yes! Alyssa emailed us photos of the Spanish tiles she collected to use throughout the evening in various aspects of their wedding. We recreated each tile design and created a tiled pattern for the back of her wedding invitation as well as detailed tiles on her insert card. Their monogram at the top of her invitation was inspired by one of the patterns on a specific tile with faux foil silver “P” in the middle. Paired with a shimmer silver envelope, the hint of sparkle was the perfect touch! For the seating chart, we designed alphabetized cards to display on the metal and wood room divider and carried the Spanish tile theme and pattern throughout these as well. Thank you Alyssa and Connor for letting us be a part of your big day and Luxe Photography for capturing every last beautiful detail!
Elements of nature. This editorial was so much fun to design and create for Brides of North Texas. We were so happy to have a full page feature of this beauty in their Spring 2017 magazine! Rose gold foil stamped on marble printed paper, cotton handmade paper for the supporting cards and hand lettering for the envelope addressing with real wood envelope liner. Thank you so much to Meggie Taylor for the photographs!
Words cannot do this wedding justice. These photos say it all. It was one of the most beautiful southern weddings we have ever been a part of! From the hand lettering on the blue and white porcelain plates for the seating chart, to magnolia leaf escort cards, this day was amazing and we were lucky to be a part of it! Thank you Britney Tarno for the beautiful photos below!
We were thrilled to be featured in Bride’s of North Texas Spring issue! This invitation is still and always will be one of our favorites. While Chris and Claire were becoming the most beautiful couple that day, we were perfecting the behind the scenes with save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, programs, and signage. Thank you Kristen Dee Photography, Silver Lining Events + Co and Brides of North Texas!

Katie and Brian were married in October at The Venue at 400 North Ervay in the heart of downtown Dallas. We designer their wedding invitations around the Bride’s dress: a classic beauty with a bold black border. Their invitations were letterpressed with black and slate blue. Their day-of signage mimicked the invitation design with varying border widths and mixed typography. Hand lettered signed on sheet metal and round white foil menus gave this formal wedding a fun modern element. I think our favorite part of the day-of signage was their party animal escort cards. Just take a look- you’ll understand why!

We are over the moon to be featured in Brides of North Texas‘ spring 2017 issue. We teamed up with Jen Rios Weddings for stunning shoot inspired by the Tuscan sunset. We created the invitation suite inspired by this romantic Tuscan style. The invitation and reception card was digitally printed on cotton handmade paper. The beautiful venue was sketched onto the reception card to personalize the suite. The response card and details card were also digitally printed and a moss green watercolor wash added. The envelope liner resembled the setting sun with warm shades of yellow and tangerine watercolor. Vintage stamps were added to the calligraphed envelope and an olive sprig included in the invitation underneath the velvet ribbon and wax seal as the finishing touches. For the day-of stationery, a leather menu was included with hand lettered menu items and a hand lettered wood olive bar sign. The escort cards were calligraphed on handmade paper, gorgeously hanging fluidly on the vines. The images speak for themselves… every inch of this shoot is perfection.
