ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

About the position.
Simply put, we are looking for a graphic designer to design wedding invitations. This is a vital role in helping our company expand geographically. This position is a part-time, work from home position, and will be paid on commission and per-project basis with long-term growth. This is an independent contractor position and you will be required to sign a non-compete agreement.

You will be expected to market to potential bridal clients, attend consultations either in person or over the phone or email, and design invitations.

Marketing- You are to seek out clients through social media, networking, and referrals. You will be able to utilize Pink Champagne Paper online presence and stand behind our highly rated company. You will be provided with marketing materials needed. Commission earned on all clients acquired.

Consultations– Meet with potential brides to discuss the design for their invitations. This is can be in person, over the phone, or online via email. You are expected to take copious notes on their design needs. Pink Champagne Paper will provide you with color swatches, paper samples, and portfolio book for consultations.

Design– You are expected to then design the wedding invitations based on the client’s needs discussed in the consultation. You must be able to conceptualize new invitation designs from the client’s vision and turn the ideas into invitation designs.

Requirements:
-MUST be proficient in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
-MUST have internet access
-Previous experience in invitation design
-Associated with the wedding industry is a major plus
-Marketing and networking experience
-Self-motivated, detail oriented

Pay:
– starting at 5% commission on custom invitation designs for marketing efforts
– $35/per consultation (average time is 1 hour)
– $100 per invitation suite design with 1 edit (expected 1-3 hours of design time per invitation)
– $25 per proof for any additional edits

CLIENT AND MARKETING MANAGER

About the position.
We are in need of a client and marketing manager for our ever-growing client base. You will be expected to meet with clients or potential clients located in Dallas/Fort Worth for in-person meetings to view paper options, envelope colors, and our portfolio book. You are to take copious notes in the meeting and report to the designer with client needs. You will also manage and follow up with all potential clients via email. Various marketing tasks such as blog posts, social media, newsletters, and occasional wedding industry events may be assigned.

This position is a part-time, work from home position, and will be paid hourly and per-project basis with long-term growth. This is an independent contractor position.

Requirements:
-MUST have internet access
-MUST live in the DFW area
-Previous experience in business communications
-Previous experience in marketing
-Associated with the wedding industry is a major plus
-Self-motivated, highly organized

Pay:
-starting at $10/hour
-starting at 5-10 hours per week but varies on the season
-$35/per consultation (average time is 1 hour)
